Goodbye

Sail as sweet as

honey in the wind

No bees can catch

you now,

you're unpinned

Fly high my sweet

to the summer's grove

where nobody's stopped

to think

of what they've known

Disconnect from the world

Take your time

to find yourself

Find your place

but never be it

on the forbidding shelf

Learn the language

that you speak

with no thought

Find the pace

in which

you've learned to walk

Leave nothing out

No minor detail

So rip the seams

and discover

with your new sail;

your old dreams.

Let go of the ghost

He's been so far

for so long

All that's left is a string

who's connection

was never strong

Find the ropes

that replace

the single string

Let go

my sweet

let us sing

You're the one

known as

my godsend

so as you were for me

i'll be there for you

to the very end

My sweet,

sing your tune,

and be pleased

to finally meet

the real you.
Wrote this up in Accounting class, hah.
